For 21 years, I’ve been walking barefoot whenever possible.
There are many health benefits of walking barefoot.
Culturally, we have been encouraged to enclose our feet in too small shoes. Though they may be fashionable, this causes all variety of problems, from exacerbating bunions to lower back pain.
Walking barefoot helps us balance more naturally, and brings awareness to our physical body in this moment.
