ecstatic dance

Last night ecstatic dance featured no talking so we could just vibe on the music and joy of eye contact.

A relatively quick experience, I stayed active basically the whole time, though by the end of the 90 minutes I was definitely slower than at the beginning.

Newish for me dance moves included

• "WHOO" which we learned at the tantra retreat in Bali: arms up in the air and jumping with heels thumping on floor
• one foot dance: trying to balance as long as possible on one foot while all the rest of me is dancing wildly
• eyes closed dance: feet stably planted and eyes closed with legs and arms moving

Afterwards we chatted a bit with organizer Kat Cowling before heading out.

I was hungry! We got falafel wrap to eat on the beach while watching the zamboni clean up the sand. Thank you team Bondi for a beautiful beach experience!

ouchy my tooth hurts dang

I don't know why my dentist in Japan didn't act sooner on this; I've been telling them about the pain for months (I go regularly for cleaning). Now I'm in lower molar agony trying to chew even soft food. Ffffffucking dentists in Japan, hey?

I've made an appointment for Wednesday.

God, thank you for the pain relief I am experiencing.

At the Mind BOdy and Spirit festival in Darlinghurst, a woman recommended her CBD oils for my tooth, and I must say it feels much better than before! Yay and thank you God. (^^)V

wow amazing day yesterday

Wow so happily exhausted arriving home with Jess after an amazing day at Mind Body Spirit festival and even more amazing evening at the Authentic Social Night.

The highlight for me at Mind Body Spirit (MBS) festival was meeting Ybrihim Camero who teaches the Cyclopea Method of opening the energetic pineal gland. I loved hearing his story and feeling good vibes from him. I actually signed up for his online class on April 27th and 28th.

Ybrihim was much more welcoming than some of the pushy vibes I felt from some people in other booths.

Other booths included some Japanese women in Happy Science, which is apparently a cult. From their literature:

MBS featured plenty of psychics and crystal shops and a Silent Disco!

Jess and I enjoyed the vegan crepes, although I had to eat slowly due to pain in my tooth. She subsequently got some CBD oil from a shop; it really seems to help with the pain, although it also seems to leave a subtly sticky residue on my tooth.

Authentic Social Night is a monthly (?) event organized by Simon and Laura. Great to meet lots of great people last night, including Gavin, Mauricio, Simon, Laura, Lindsey, Antwon, Bridget, Katharine (sp), Maria.

At the entrance a table offered delicious vegan food, including fruits, chocolate, and Maria's bliss balls.

Funny moments included when Laura wanted to make sure I got to meet Jess because she goes to Japan sometimes.
