https://www.reddit.com/r/picrequests/で
Thanks to jisho.org radical search, I was able to find most of the kanji. I used the handwriting search for this one: 断 (pronounced だん (like the given name Don) transliterated as “dan”), which means decision.
So here is a transcription of the sign:
<ruby><rb>防犯上</rb><rt>ぼうはんじょう</rt></ruby>の理由により
0時30分〜6時30分までの間
イートインスペースの<ruby><rb>使用</rb><rt>しよう</rt></ruby>は
中<ruby><rb>断</rb><rt>だん</rt></ruby>させていただきます
And my translation:
To reduce crime, please don't use
the eat-in space between 12:30am and 6:30am.
And Google’s translation (as of this post date, May 13th, 2018 (Mother’s Day, btw))
From crime prevention reasons
Between 0:30 and 6:30
Use of eat-in space
I will be suspended
Giving Google the benefit of no linebreaks, the translation is much better
We will suspend use of eat-in space from 0:30 to 6:30 due to crime prevention reason
Curiously, with a single line break, the translation is quite good.
From 0:30 to 6:30 due to security reasons
Use of eat-in space will be suspended
