great ultimate day and party

I'm happily exhausted, just arrived home. Today was a huge wonderful day 💖

I felt pretty strong and good during Bootcamp, during which I met Joe from US, Honoka from Japan, and Britt a woman from Bondi. I re-met Eric and gave him information about MKP Japan and my coaching as well.

After Bootcamp Ai and I had lunch together (I had a vegan bento from Bio c' Bon) and joined a couple of people who were playing frisbee. They challenged us to a game of ultimate and we won 2-0 before they had to go. They were totally puffed and I was just getting started 😂

Ai and I joined our group in the big field and played ultimate there for a while until basically 4pm when we had to leave for Nessa's secret party 🥳 at the Malay restaurant.

Restaurant was yummy and then 7 of us went to karaoke 🎤 for an hour. I got to sing Eminem's song Rabbit Run, which is quite challenging... Today was my first time to see it in a karaoke place in Japan. So exciting to try it out after learning it 23 years ago!
