I taped the rolls of chicken wire to both sides of TJ Bike as I rode home tonight. It worked quite well and I'm really happy.

I should probably get a tetanus shot. I don't know what it's called in Japan.

I like watching construction unfold over time and trying to predict what they are doing.

It's common for stations to add gates along platform edges to help prevent suicides.. this has been going on for many years as I've lived in Tokyo area.

In Noborito station they added gates on the platform along Odakyu Line, but they haven't yet put gates on the Nambu Line in Noborito station.

I wouldn't be surprised to see telltale cuts along the edge of the platform, so I am surprised to see square shapes cut in the middle of Nambu platform in Noborito.

They seem to have cut a set of rectangles, but the rectangles themselves are not lined up with each other or anything that I can really recognize.

Best I can tell, they look like they are in the common walking path from the stairs onto the platform.

Today was the third Thursday, so we had our monthly barefoot walking event in ShinYuri Art Park.

Twelve people attended! I think that's the highest number, which is neat given how cold it was. Super happy to see everyone!

This morning I helped the volunteer group by pulling weeds at Shin Yuri Art Park.

I left early because I plan to do another barefoot walking event in Meguro at 林試の森公園.

I will arrive in 武蔵小山駅 by about 11:15, where has the official meeting time at that station is 11:40 a.m., so I'm actually quite early. This gives me some time to chill on a train with seats and write this entry.

Now arrived at Musashi Koyama station, later than I expected but still earlier than scheduled.

We had a great time filming and doing an interview plus walking around the meeting space. The meeting space is aptly named because we met a couple there. Carlos and Kayla made join our next barefoot walking event in 林試の森 park, scheduled for February 26th.
