easy hugo

I have just cloned Emacs Easy Hugo to see if it provides things I like.

Could not get it to do anything; it just says "hugo not installed" and I do not see how to tell Emacs where it has been installed.

I put together https://tokyo.mypowercircle.org/ yesterday or so, and added its calendar this morning.
