yay i think i got redmine securely installed

Only reason I am not sure rests in the fact that I had to switch to LetsEncrypt --staging certs, so now my browser does not trust the site. As far as I can tell, though the SSL is installed properly. Yay!

I may switch to my domain for testing again tomorrow.
