I took my magnets downstairs to show them to Lin's uncle. He and I both like puzzly type things.

We ate great healthy lunch featuring a lot of quinoa, salad, etc.

John Gaughan suggested I run Head Heart and Soul workshops in Tokyo in order to invite more people to do the type of personal growth work we do in my men's group.

I've just finished porting from PDF to Google Drive their notes, which Soness and I will use to prepare for presenting the workshop.
