We didn't buy an ice cream making ball, and didn't replace my backpack, but Travis(!) printed a receipt for my backpack purchase in San Francisco back in 2011.

We did buy socks, though, especially after the girl with a 1 cm plug in her ear lobe helped check the size by opening up the package for me.

Outside (and inside) Lin took a few pics which I hope the guy from Tokyo TV will be able to use in the broadcast.

Ma is driving Lin and I to county clerk's office to register our marriage(!), which hasn't been officially done yet!

We have our marriage form thing which we can use to be certified as married!

We went to the Travis County office because Ma knew they had pretty licenses. It works out for us because, Travis!

The deputy clerk beautifully enunciated "for all intents and purposes" when explaining that the certified copy is essentially the same as the original.

Now headed to REI to see if, in fact, they will replace my bag fo' free. I hope they can; I'd like to use it for all intensive purposes.

Yay! Fred and I have finally played on the Minecraft (local) server that I've been working on for well over a year. It's a lot harder when I'm in gamemode 0! (that's zero, not one.)

We've barely gotten started seeing stuff, mostly just trying to stay alive for a single night while monsters try to kill us. Creepers have exploded on my garden, and in the middle of my front yard.. I forgot to take screenshots of the damage before covering over it with a single layer of dirt.

I got a roll of quarters from the bank near Food Food, hoping to see some of the "new" state quarters. Saw several; they are neat!
