Some docker success! I have little time, so I copied and pasted from https://core0.staticworld.net/assets/media-resource/16373/ifw_dd_docker.pdf (which is out of date already) so used the script name 'startapache' but I don't have internizzle access atm so I just made the script echo 'your mom'

That's amazing in its own right (a container that looks like a machine, running on my machine!) but the next steps, I was able to save a copy of the machine and run a new instance of the machine, which still had the entire state of the machine inside it (well, the history file, at least).

Very very interesting! (N.B. from the output of the docker ps -a commands below, I have cropped the empty PORTS column to help the output fit more easily without added soft linebreaks.)

• I turned on MOOVs while walking to Kawasaki station
• Travis gave me some nice insight/feedback on docker
• There are currently four (4) docker VMs on my machine
• I may update the tutorial to use letsencrypt on DH
• I'm headed to work now to work on CB and AB sites
• I'd love to move them to docker containers, but not sure how / if Good Idea (tm)
• Mika asked if I know any teachers in 二子玉川 area, so I emailed Eda.
• My Macbook Pro "Silver Monkey" is still chugging along
• My iPhone 4S "Little blue Monkey" is still chugging along
• I'm using Lin's iPhone 5 to run iOS 8+ so I can use the MOOV app
• the other Mika was sick, so Kai and I decided to postpone our 暮年海
• I've nearly finished the new reporting system for AB, but it needs some tweaks
• Primarily, I haven't yet gotten it to sort on COUNT(field) columns
• I keep thinking about the girl with dyed bangs
• on Saturday, Lin and I will look at a house 30 minutes bicycle ride from Hashimoto
• Arwen is in town and I may get to meet her
• I may get some videos made featuring my feet
• I may try being a foot cam model
• I recently posted to Tokyo I-group FB page

Meeting with Satomi was fine as usual. yay! We got her inbox filters fixed so she actually sees emails sent from redmine when I do updates; because those emails were skipping her inbox (and redmine folder/tag) she didn't see when I finished things and so didn't approve them until the next meeting.

Now they can preview things and I removed the unused sharing options (Mixi, Google+, Pinterest) from the (demo) site.

Each week for the past few weeks I have solved the Rubick's Pyramid (it's very easy), and relinked the rings for any unlink ring-link puzzles. Today I also solved the pyramid-shaped wooden puzzle. The pieces don't "link" at all, so its challenge is basically something like each piece looks like it could be a corner piece.

They've got a lot of Christmas themed items which are more decorative than interesting for me, but blah I guess it's about to be Christmas in some places, so fine.
