Entries this day: harajuku seat-lottery sellin-wilbur taco-bell-coming-to-shibuya toy-store-today 日本語を勉強しました harajuku ##18:18 Friday 27 March 2015 JST## I just walked through Harajuku, along Yoyogi Park, then through the web of streets near Center Street (which has been renamed, but to what, I've forgotten), across Shibuya Scramble and am now on Yamanote Line headed home. One shop piqued my interest (besides the place where I sometimes get chicken-pita sandwiches): My Free Bit, I think it was called. Android phones and branding of light blue on white background. What's free? Bits? bitcoin? phones? hmmm. permalinkseat lottery ##14:17 Friday 27 March 2015 JST## Seat Lottery is the game I like to play on the trains. If there are no seats available, size up the passengers to see who is most likely to get off the train first. Demographics, fashion, activity, and posture each play a role. The person to my left will get off in Shibuya or possibly before Shibuya. I have made an imaginary bet of $500 that she'll get off the train before I get off in Harajuku. permalinksellin wilbur ##16:20 Friday 27 March 2015 JST## I might get to sell Wilbur! permalinktaco bell coming to shibuya ##09:27 Friday 27 March 2015 JST## Back in Texas, Wende and I included Taco Bell as a staple part of our diets!! Yummm!!! permalinktoy store today ##22:53 Friday 27 March 2015 JST## I went to the toy store today on the way to Funatsu's exhibition. This time, I was able to solve two puzzles. Actually one's not really a puzzle, but it's just fiddly: The other is a puzzle called Quattro Formaggi: permalink日本語を勉強しました ##09:33 Friday 27 March 2015 JST## ###There are probably errors in the Japanese notes below! On wanikani, "new" vocab: (the only truly new ones for me are 下がる, 下げる)
