Kid on train

The boy squirming in the seat ahead of me peeked back at me between the seat and the window. I smiled and he hid, but came back, and during the trip we made faces at each other. His mom apologized repeatedly, and gave me a KitKat for my efforts.

At one point I took a picture of him and uploaded it. I'm (slowly!) getting closer to having pics easily placed in journal entries.

May Reiki

Before joining yoga lesson at 12:45, I met May (who Emiko and I met last Saturday at the First Annual Yogasan Winter Indian Dinner) for a little bit of reiki on her shoulder for about 30 minutes.

May joined me-an-Emiko's yoga lesson, but I had to leave early for RC class in Tachikawa at 3pm. I'll be plenty on time for it, assuming trains run on time (and they always do, especially on the weekend).

Today was Emiko by the library, then me, then May, then next to the window was Jon, Paola's well-fed husband (I don't mean he's fat; I mean Paola cooks wonderfully).

New poses today: up dog, and some sideways thing, like a cross (feet together, hands outstretched, body, legs, arms straight) with only one foot and one hand touching the mats.
