Firefox 3.03 feedback

Name: Rob Nugen
Email: hendrixdotmozilladotorgatrobnugendotcom
Product: Other (please state)
Summary: Firefox 3.03 (OS X) easy editing of Bookmarks Toolbar items in folders

Comments:
I've got some folders in my Bookmarks Toolbar. Inside those folders,
some of the links need to be deleted. I'd like the ability to
right-click on the item (in the folder in the actual Bookmarks Toolbar)
and select Delete (or Edit) so I can easily affect those bookmarks.

The only way I can see to do it now is via the top menu:
Bookmarks->Organize Bookmarks (Shift-Option-B), then find the bookmarks
in a vertical column (instead of horizontal on the actual Bookmarks
Toolbar), and then right-click to delete.

In other news, in the Shift-Option-B window, it took me a moment to
figure out where to *edit* the bookmarks (down in the bottom of that
window). Because I can right-click to delete bookmarks, I looked in
that right-click menu to edit them as well.

Thank you guys for a great product and listening to our squealing
feedback. ;-)

   Blessings
    - Rob!

mootools rules.

With that handy javascripter, I was able to set up an AJAX request to read plan ids, names, and prices (per month or year) based on the client's product ID. The request comes back and I append a <select> into a <td> and then when that select is changed, OR if the duration is changed (to month or year), those two field values together determine the price of the plan for the client. Sweet-o.

ami

12:36am JST Saturday 15 November 2008 (day 14115)

I missed Ami's call while walking from Tokyu Store in É𢾮¿ù, so I called her back. She was crying. I thought it was over her mom, but then she said, in plain English, "my father is angry at me."

compassion

I listened and listened to her cry. Told her after a bit that her dad was sad about Mama dying, but he shouldn't be angry at Ami.

I listened to the details. Best I could understand is that people are stressed and some people are trying to accomodate others, and one person (let's call him Ami's dad) feels obligated to ignore self care and take care of family who is over for funeral festivities.

I asked how Ami's brother is doing. I didn't understand the answer, but he's the one who wanted to go to bed though guests are over. Fine, right? Wrong. Papa disapproves.

Then when Ami tried to defend her brother, Papa was like, "I don't want to talk to you."

Ouch. I can't imagine my Dad saying that to me. (Well, he often tells me he's busy, but in gentle terms, and he'd make time if I insisted.)

I said, "Ami, I like to talk to you."

She started crying anew, "thank you." I knew it was the right thing to say.

Talked for a while longer until she was okay again. Asked her about her plans to move out (of her parent's' home); they've been derailed until perhaps April.
