Woke up after 6 or so hours of sleep. Super tight shoulders and neck. Stood in the hot shower for about 20+ minutes while my laundry was sloshing around in the cold washing machine.

Have just hung my clothes, just in time to go teach Sanami.

I wonder what it will be like today.

Sanami was in a really pooey mood at first. Her mom had apparently forgotten I was coming; Sanami was still in her school uniform. Two older women were smoking and gossipping in the kitchen. Bottles of alcohol (gin & vodka, not beer) were in the living room.

I didn't present any new vocab for Sanami; we just colored at first and then jumped around on the new floor mat. Took apart some of the shapes and put them back together. Did in/on/under with the toy cat and dog.

TJ Bike bags

I'm going now to get bags for TJ Bike.

Got the bags. The bags on the back need to be moved back a bit; the back of my shoes hit them when I pedal. But right now is not the time for such adjustments.

Right now, I need to make some adjustments to the tension in my neck and shoulders.
